The story so far...

 

I grew up in Maryville, Mo and graduated from Maryville High School. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Administration of Childcare Programs. While I completed my bachelors I worked at the Early Childhood Center on campus and realized I was meant to be a teacher. After I graduated with my bachelors, I finished my teacher certification in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education in 2008. In 2015, I graduated with my Masters in Elementary Education.

I am very excited about being the Pre-Kindergarten this year! It is my tenth year teaching and my first teaching at McMillan Elementary School. I have taught Preschool, Kindergarten, Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grade. I enjoy singing so the students will probably come home singing lots of songs.

I have a dad (Larry), mom (Karla), and a younger sister (Lauren). My parents live in Maryville, MO and my sister lives in Providence, RI. My sister and my brother in law have an amazing one year old (Logan).

Favorite colors: Pink and Purple

Hobbies: traveling, cooking, scrapbooking, tennis, watching movies, and soccer
